1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LensGenAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LensGenAI provides AI-powered image generation services that transform product images into professional photoshoots. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the last day of the billing period for which you have paid. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

6. Generation Limits

Each subscription tier includes a specific number of generations per month:

• Free: 10 generations/month
• Basic/Starter: 150 generations/month
• Pro: 500 generations/month
• Agency: 1600 generations/month
• Enterprise: Unlimited

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. Generated images are your property. LensGenAI retains all rights to the service, software, and technology.

8. Data Retention and Storage

8.1. Paid Subscriptions (Lifetime Retention). All images generated by users while holding an active paid subscription will be permanently retained. Even if a paid subscription is canceled, the user's generated image history will remain stored and accessible if they choose to resubscribe in the future or maintain an account.

8.2. Free Plan Policy (Monthly Deletion). To efficiently manage server resources and prevent the accumulation of inactive data, users utilizing the Free Plan understand and agree that their 10 generated images will be automatically deleted on the first day of each calendar month. This routine deletion is mandatory for Free Plan accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

LensGenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

12.1. Right to Review. Lensgenai Admin reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review any images generated using the service solely for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms of Service (including, but not limited to, restrictions on prohibited content).

12.2. Privacy and Confidentiality. Any review of generated content by Lensgenai service will be kept strictly confidential and such images will not be shared with any third parties outside of legal requirements.

12.3. Enforcement. If generated content is found to violate these Terms, Lensgenai Admin will alert the user and may take immediate action, which could include the removal of the violating content and/or suspension or termination of the user's account.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
