1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LensGenAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LensGenAI provides AI-powered image generation services that transform product images into professional photoshoots. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial limited to 15 image generations; billing begins when the trial ends or when the trial generation limit is reached, whichever comes first. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Generation Limits

Each subscription tier includes a specific number of generations per month:

  • Free trial: 15 generations total during the 7-day trial
  • Starter: 150 generations/month (up to 2K resolution)
  • Pro: 500 generations/month (up to 4K resolution)
  • Agency: 1,600 generations/month (up to 4K resolution)
  • Enterprise: Unlimited

Generating at higher resolutions deducts more from the monthly balance: a 1K image deducts 1 generation, a 2K image deducts 1.5 generations, and a 4K image deducts 2.25 generations.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. Generated images are your property. LensGenAI retains all rights to the service, software, and technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

LensGenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
